    All papers accepted for inclusion in the technical program must be presented by one of the authors or a qualified substitute. At least one author must register at a non-student rate (i.e., full registration) before July 25th, 2016. One full registration can cover a maximum of two papers. Papers which do not meet the requirements will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

    Full and student registrations include a delegate package and a USB copy of the proceedings.

    * Discounted student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students who registered with a discounted rate must send proof of their student status (student ID or certificate) to email [email protected] by the time when the registration is done.

    ** Accompanying person registrations include access only to some social events, such as the welcome reception and banquet.

  • Letters of Invitation
  • Upon request the conference secretariat will issue a letter of invitation for visa application purposes to those with completed registrations. Please send the request to [email protected] with your personal information (name, passport number, country, institute, paper id, registration id).

  • Payment
  • Three methods of payment are accepted – Paypal, credit card, and bank transfer. Payment by Paypal or credit card is recommended. We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCards. The online payment system uses Paypal system. All delegates will receive a receipt from the conference organization committee, but those who wish to have a Chinese style tax receipt (Fa1 Piao4) should pay by bank transfer only.
